The Wall Street Journal is reporting that the Power.com lawsuit against Facebook has been dismissed by a US District Judge. If you haven’t been following the data ownership scuffle, it’s been a back-and-fourth mélee with Facebook first filing suit against Power.com for allegedly using Facebook user data (primarily a member’s user name and password) without authorization
