I admit I had unrealistic hopes for this pump. But, that’s still no excuse for it’s woeful performance and ridiculous price. It has no oomph and really no function outside of dribbling sadly. And, it will only function in direct sunlight. Even walking by the solar panel will make it cut out. Very disappointing. Don’t waste your money. If you want a strong, reliable fountain, rough in an electrical line. It isn’t that hard. There are many electrical pumps out there, and at much cheaper prices.

You know i had the same thing,,I bought a wind tubine and you know, that thing only works when the wind is blowing…never made the connection.
