There are two categories of plastic surgery, one is for pure medical needs and the other is for personal needs, for beauty performance.
People choosing a plastic surgery to look better and feel better about their performance. Some female are getting reconstructive plastic surgery after mastectomy or other breast cancer-related procedures that have left ugly scars.
For medical treatment that is to improve a face or body after the accident, like car accident, burn, etc. A burning face or skin will be recovered with this kind of surgery.
But for some other people, plastic surgery done for recovering a healthy body that because the people not satisfied with the type of the parts of the body. People choose a plastic surgery to get a beautiful nose, chin, breast or other parts of the body. Many people choosing a plastic surgery to look better and feel better about their appearance.

According to the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery year 2008, in America, more than 10.2 million cosmetic procedures took place. That is decrease comparing with the year 2007 due to the economic crisis.
Plastic surgery for beauty also good earning for a doctor, an example is like what Dr. Eric C. Parlette said to Times. A dermatologist from Massachusetts said; “It is an unfortunate circumstance that you can spend an hour with a patient treating them for diabetes and hypertension and make $100, or you can do Botox and make $2,000 in the same time.”
Some people do a facial plastic surgery does not want to look different, it just refreshed. One of the reasons is business, especially for men at the age of 40s and 50s; men feel the need to compete with their younger business competitors. They want to look as good and energetic on the outside as they feel on the inside.
The popular procedure with men include liposuction of the flank and/or chin area; removal of lumps, bumps or moles; blepharoplasty (eyelid lifts); facelifts, and nonsurgical procedures such as Botox or laser resurfacing of the skin.
For a woman one particularly popular procedure is commonly known as the Mommy Makeover, that to restore the woman’s body to its pre-childbearing shape, or sometimes to even better shape.
Mommy Makeover usually involves breast augmentation and/or reduction, liposuction and a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) to create a flat stomach. A tummy tuck requires the surgeon to cut into muscle, sometimes pulling muscles of the abdominal wall together, and multiple procedures that can take six to eight hours to perform while the patient is under a general anesthesia. To recovery time for scars to heal and the woman to regain her full physical strength can be up to a year.
Plastic or cosmetic surgery is good and important for someone who needed it. People always concern with they appearance, to look better from the outside. The important is the inside, the inner beauty.
For a healthy people, choosing a plastic or cosmetic surgery to look good it is depend on their own decision as long they have money, and choose the right surgeon.
