I own this stroller in Red and I also have the 2006 bright green textiles. We have had our Stokke Xplory for over a year and it is wonderful. Great for using as a highchair in restaurants. The baby is up high when traveling through zoo’s, amusment parks and aquariums. Keeps baby away from car exhaust fumes, unleashed dogs and other peoples touchy little children(which happens more times than you think). You have the option of facing your baby towards you or facing out. The stroller has an adjustable handle and the childs seat can easily go from sitting up to laying down without disturbing the child. Our daughter loves riding around in her Xplory. We recently bought the footmuff which is so cute and very warm. We plan on buying another one with our second child. If you splurge on one baby item make sure this is the one!!!

I love this stroller…I have Bob and I love it also, but my baby girl gets fussy in the bop after like 1 hour..The bob is awesome and great ride but she just seems to get sick of being in it so quick..So I was looking at stokke and bugaboos etc…Went to a local stroller shop and fell in love with the stokke.. She sits so high, she never ever has complained in it. SHe can face in or out and she loves it. The ride is smooth not as much as the bob but still super smooth and turns on a dime. Storage is a issue for some, I love to shop and seem not to have a issue with this I just shove eveything in the shopping bag that comes with it. It is very expensive, I don.t know if it is worth the price but so many things are so overpriced its just what your comfortable spending. It has a metel bar in the middle and the rest is a plastic material. This is to keep the weight down..It is hard to store but i have a small suv and have no problems.. I love love this stroller, it is so easy to have her in it she loves it and I love pushing it…

  4. I’ve been using my Stokke Xplory with a Maxi Cosi infant carrier/carseat for 3 months now, and I absolutely love it. The stroller is very well built and the adjustable push bar is unbeatable. I’m 5’8″ and I can walk fully upright with this stroller. There’s also plenty of room between the back wheels, so there’s nothing to kick, even if you are walking with a full adult stride.

The Xplory is very maneuverable and turns on a dime. It turns heads everywhere I go. I love that when my daughter is in her infant carrier, in the stroller, she’s up high. This is ideal in restaurants. She can be snoozing in her infant carrier and be at table level so I can keep an eye on her. It’s a great setup.

I’ll admit-this stroller is still rather large, even when broken down. It depletes most of the trunk space in my Mercedes Benz C350. However, I can lower the handle and push it right into the back of my husband’s Nissan Pathfinder. I don’t find this to be a big deal, but I know many folks wish to maximize trunk space. If that’s important, then this stroller may not be for you.

I opted for the basic model and bought the Maxi Cosi carseat adapters. I didn’t see a practical need for the bassinet attachment.

Also, as a fan of products not made in China, this stroller made my cut.
