Tamiya has a history as a leader in the world and hobby of scale model building. I have been a fan of Tamiya kits since the first one I built when I was 11 years old. That was almost 41 years ago. The detail on the model and on the soldiers is amazing and first rate. From the handles that control the elevation and traverse of the gun to the weapons the soldiers have as their personal firearms, you can almost feel like you are there, preparing to fire this German 88mm gun.
You can never go wrong with a Tamiya kit. For the price, you will always have an amzaing enjoyment in building one of their kits.

I love Tamiya models they find the right spot of easy to build while still having a good amount of challegen to them. This is a great model of a German 88. The only problem I have with it is the men keep falling over. But beyond that its a great models. Keep in mind this is not a toy. You have to put it togeother yourself and paint it yourself. If you like that. You can never good wrong with a Tamiya model.
